Cancellation |
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full amount unless booking is replaced. If partially rebooked refund will be adjusted accordingly. |

Smoking |
No smoking is permitted within the Condo. |

Pets |
We appreciate how important your pets are, however, we are unable to accommodate pets. |

Housekeeping |
- Condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival
- Condo is self contained & will be stocked with towels & linens.
- Mid-stay cleans are available. Please ask for rates.

| Taxes |
Rates are quoted in Canadian Funds and are subject to 5% goods & services tax (GST). |
Guests from outside Canada may apply to the Canadian Federal Government for GST rebate. We can provide a GST rebate form upon request. |
| Deposit and Final Payment |
- A 25% down payment is due at time of booking - Balance is due and payable 60 days prior to arrival.
- We accept personals cheque or bank transfer for payment.
- Bookings less than sixty days require payment in full.

| Security Deposit |
A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required for first time renters. It will be refunded 7 days after your stay. |
Respect for the property and the neighbours is greatly appreciated. |
| Late Check-Out |
May be negotiable under certain situations. |

| Customer Discretion |
- We require at least one guest in the unit to be over 25 years old.
- Each reservation is confirmed with a specified number of guests. We require prior notification of any increase in size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum which is 9 guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property abuse. Please be considerate and observe quiet time of 11 p.m. to 8 a.m..

| Liability |
The booking guest and all members of the said guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the home. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. We (the "Property Owner") reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions. We (the "Property Owner") shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner , and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. |
